Plain-language summary
The application does not include advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, behavioral analytics, or social-media tracking scripts by default. Ordinary hosting infrastructure may still create access or error logs; those records are controlled by the deployed server and hosting configuration rather than by QAEDA page code.
Cookies and sessions
The contact page uses a strictly necessary PHP session cookie to protect its form against cross-site request forgery and to apply a small per-session submission delay/rate limit. The site does not use that cookie to build an advertising profile or track reading behavior across sites.
Contact information
If contact delivery is enabled and you submit the form, the application processes the name, email address, and message you provide so the editorial recipient can receive and respond to it. The default deployment ships with mail delivery disabled until the operator configures a mail transport.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, or other secrets through the contact form.
External sites
Links to UAIX, AL.QAEDA.ORG, source material, and other external destinations lead to separate sites with their own infrastructure and privacy practices. QAEDA cannot describe or control what those sites collect.
Retention and deletion
The repository does not prescribe a universal hosting-log retention period because that depends on the final server. Contact messages, when delivery is enabled, become ordinary editorial correspondence in the configured mailbox. Requests about correspondence can be sent to editor@qaeda.org.
Changes
If QAEDA later adds analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, or other data-intensive features, this policy should be updated before those features are treated as part of the public site.
