Publication identity & authorship

Know who published the argument—and who did not.

QAEDA uses a collective editorial byline. That authorship applies to QAEDA’s synthesis and argument, not to the authorship of underlying reports, standards, scholarship, court decisions, or other sources.

QAEDA.org is an independent editorial publication. The publisher is the QAEDA publication itself; the default editorial author identity is QAEDA Editorial. No individual author identity is inferred or manufactured where one has not been publicly supplied.

Editorial synthesis

Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, QAEDA essays and editorial pages are written under the collective QAEDA Editorial byline. That byline owns the selection, synthesis, framing, argument, and editorial judgment on the QAEDA page.

Source authorship

Underlying work stays attributed

A source dossier, scholarly paper, book, standard, court opinion, public post, or other cited work retains its own authorship. Inclusion in QAEDA research does not make QAEDA the author of that material or imply endorsement by its original author.

Different documents do different epistemic work.

editorial synthesis

QAEDA argument or synthesis that may cite research, standards, or public claims.

claim record

A narrowly scoped proposition with evidence status, confidence, and revision conditions.

source dossier

A preserved research file whose fingerprint establishes file identity, not truth.

position

A normative or editorial commitment with an explicit revision rule.

reference

A glossary, FAQ, methodology, audit, or other explanatory publication surface.

Essay identifiers use the stable form QAEDA-ART-###. They are internal publication identifiers, not DOIs and not claims of external registration.

Citation

Cite the canonical page, not a screenshot or copied excerpt.

Use the canonical QAEDA URL, QAEDA Editorial as author, and Questioning Accepted Ethics, Dogma & Authority as publisher. Publication and review dates remain distinct. The citation utility exports plain text, BibTeX, RIS, and CSL-JSON.

What this does not claim

Identity metadata is not an authority badge.

QAEDA does not claim that its essays are peer-reviewed journal articles unless a specific page says so.
QAEDA does not mint or imply DOIs, ORCIDs, institutional affiliations, academic credentials, or external certifications that have not actually been issued.
A stable document ID helps citation and correction tracking; it does not increase factual confidence.
A publisher or author field identifies responsibility for the QAEDA page. It does not transfer responsibility for independent source material.
